So how are you going to go into the next meeting with some of these worrying thoughts you may have? Maybe you are thinking “I can’t believe I did that,” or “Oh my gosh they think I am so clumsy.”
In this situation you can use the questions.
Ask yourself, what would my best friend say to me?
They might say, “Oh don’t worry about it, the other people have forgot about it already there is totally nothing to worry
about it.”
Or
What you would advise someone else if they were you?
You might say, “there is really nothing to worry about it the others in the meeting were only concerned because they were worried if you burned yourself with the coffee but by now they forgot about it since you were ok.”
So go through these questions.
You can really release negative thoughts and emotions by doing this.
You can use it however it works for you.
Feel free to make up your own questions that work for you, or
if you want use these and others you find.
